Cartesian 3D printer
Cartesian 3D printers are made after the dimensional co-ordinate system, X-Y-Z axis Which is used to determine where and how to move in 3 dimensions. Cartesian 3D printers typically have a print bed which moves only in the Z axis. The Extruder sits on the XÂ axis and Y axis, where it can move in 3 dimensions on a granty.
Delta 3D Printer
A delta Printer consists of three arms on rails that move up and down independently to move the print head. It uses trignomentric functions based on the angles that these arms create to determine the precise location of the print head within the 3D print space.
PCB Milling Machine
Printed circuit board milling removes the area of copper from a sheet of printed circuit board material to recreate the pads, signal traces and structures according to patterns from a digital circuit board plan. PCB milling machines for the X,Y and Z axis drive systems. PCB uses conventional end mills tool for the PCB machining Process.
LASERÂ Cutter
Laser cutting machine moves the X and Y axis with the help of stepper motor and drives. The Laser cutting head is moved over the metal plate in the shape of the desired part, thus cutting the part out of the plate. A height control system maintains a very accurate distance between the end of the nozzle and the plate that is being cut.
Multi Purpose Machine
Multi Purpose Machine can be used for 3D printing with two extruders and also as a Laser cutting Machine. Tools can be changed for several other purpose Some of the main features are Portable, compact and ease of changing tools.
XY Plotter
An X–Y plotter is a plotter that operates in two axes of motion ("X" and "Y") in order to draw continuous vector graphics. The term was used to differentiate it from standard plotters which had control only of the "y" axis, the "x" axis being continuously fed to provide a plot of some variable with time. Plotters differ from Inkjet and Laser printers in that a plotter draws a continuous line, much like a pen on paper, while inkjet and laser printers use a very fine matrix of dots to form images, such that while a line may appear continuous to the naked eye, it in fact is a discrete set of points.
Filament Recycler
The Filament recycler will extrude PLA without any trouble, but you have to ensure that the polymer is thoroughly dried before extruding. PLA requires extra cooling and a winder with a clear and clean space for it to coil. ABS will also work well in the Filament recycler. Other polymers that can be successfully extruded by the Filament recycler include PVA, PC, PMMA, Acrylic, TPE, PEEK, and PCL, among others.
PDMS Printer
PDMS 3D printer uses polydimethysiloxane (PDMS) to print the object which is used in medical applications such as Tissue printing. This printer can print the 3D objects with complex geomentries that had improved biological adhesion and mechanical characteristics.
Paper Cutter
In the modern paper industry, larger machines are used to cut large stacks of paper, cardboard, or similar material. Such machines operate in a manner similar to a guillotine. Commercial versions are motorized and automated, and include clamping mechanisms to prevent shifting of the material during the cutting process.
